Hai Ramdan is a family-friendly Ramadan destination delivered in collaboration with Expo City Dubai, with World Events Management managing the DET event permit on behalf of the organizers. The public cultural event celebrates the spirit of the Holy Month through authentic Emirati culture, Islamic traditions, entertainment, food experiences and community engagement in a safe, welcoming environment.

The festival gives residents and tourists an immersive Ramadan experience while promoting cultural heritage, family values and local businesses — with traditional Ramadan décor, live cultural performances, heritage activities, artisan markets, children's entertainment, interactive workshops and a wide range of Iftar and Suhoor dining experiences.

Running a public cultural event at this scale meant securing sign-off from every relevant authority — the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET), Expo City Dubai, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence — with the DET event permit itself submitted and tracked through the official e-Permit system.
